Job Description

• Plan and prepare micro construction schedules for each activities.
• Ensure work at site are executed as per the drawings.
• Ensure that already completed works are protected from any sort of damages.
• Supervising the quality of the work carried out by contractors and subcontractors.
• To Check the quality of the raw material used.
• Verification of bills submitted by the contractors for the work carried out
• Prepare progress schedules and progress reports for each activities.
• Co-ordination with architects, clients, suppliers, consultants and subcontractors.
• To Coordinate with Project Manager for all the site activities.
