Job Description

  • To ensure timely collection of booking form sales and payment follow-up as per schedule in the booking form clients.
  • To ensure documentation and processing of agreements are done as per the committed time line.
  • Bi-monthly demands to be sent to customers / bankers.
  • Follow up on outstanding payment.
  • Handling customer queries, addressing and timely resolution of escalations.
  • To Liaison with departments like Projects, Sales, PPMS, Legal and Accounts. 
  • Interact with financial institutions for providing documentation.
  • Facilitate customers for registration and other legal related documentation.
  • Intimation letter of readiness of unit for possession to be sent to customers.
  • Pre-deliver Inspections before handover and possession of units to the customers and issue of car parking allotments.
  • To manage Litigation and legal compliances along with the legal division.
  • Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions.
  • Maintain customer files with relevant documents and ensure periodic filing.
  • Track and prepare reports on collections.
  • Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
  • Ensure timely and proper response to customers by Executives reporting.
  • Collect feedback from customers and evaluate and make recommendation with regard to improvement of service and look into area that need improvement.
  • To carry out all other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager

CRM - Katha

  • Tracking Katha Documents.
  • Interacting with Customers via calls and mails for Katha Related queries and Escalations.
  • Co-ordinating with Liasioning team. 
  • Collection of Katha Documents.
  • Handing over of Katha Documents to customers.
  • Interacting to BBMP and Panchayat office on Adhoc basis for Katha related matters.
  • Maintaining MIS for Katha .
  • Additional tasks based on business requirements.
