Job Description
- Attend the walk-in customers, assess client needs effectively and address needs through prompt and timely services.
- Generate leads for sales of residential units.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the lead.
- Ensure booking amount is collected as per the booking terms.
- Assist customer to secure bank loan and ensure timely disbursement from bank.
- To update all the customer data and transactions in C4C.
- Channel Partner engagement and generating new leads.
- Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other related works assigned to you by senior authorities.
