Job Description

  • Attend the walk-in customers, assess client needs effectively and address needs through prompt and timely services.
  • Generate leads for sales of residential units.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the lead.
  • Ensure booking amount is collected as per the booking terms.
  • Assist customer to secure bank loan and ensure timely disbursement from bank.
  • To update  all the customer data and transactions in C4C.
  • Channel Partner engagement and generating new leads.
  • Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Other related works assigned to you by senior authorities.
