Job Description

  • Assess client needs effectively and providing investment advice to customers.
  • Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
  • Building and maintaining long term relationship with a customers and HNI clients.
    Interaction with Customers for sales closure and final negotiation.
  • Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution.
  • Ensure the pre-set sales targets are achieved.
  • Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Generate leads through marketing activities and other promotional activities.
  • Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records for designated project and share regular updates with the higher authority.
  • Other responsibilites assigned by your reporting manager.

Channel Sales

  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
  • Maximizes sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks.
  • Conceptualize and implement new schemes promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity.
  • Guides in preparation of sales pitches through Channel partner to close maximum transactions.
  • Enrol, train and motivate new channel partners and also promote the existing ones.
  • Design metrics to set monthly sales target for the team members, direct in execution and oversee performance of team.
  • Maintain cordial relations with all channel partners and manage their expectations.
  • Review and ensure proper execution documentation of application, agreements and allotment etc.
