Job Description
- Timely payment collections from the customers as per the booking form and work progress.
- Handling customer queries, addressing and timely resolution of escalations.
- Follow up on outstanding payment.
- Interact with financial institutions for providing documentation.
- Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions.
- To Coordinate with site teams for pre-deliver Inspections prior to handover.
- To Liaison with departments like Sales, Accounts, Legal , Projects and PPMS.
- Facilitate customer for registration and other legal related documentation.
- Maintain customer files with relevant documents and filed periodically.
- Track and prepare reports on collections.
- Other works assigned by the reporting manager.
