Job Description

  • Assess client needs effectively and address needs through prompt and timely services.
  • Converting leads into sales by convincing prospective clients that our organization is the right one to meet up their requirement and to close.
  • Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
  • Developing new leads by sending out details of properties to people in your database.
  • Generate leads through marketing activities and other promotional activities.
  • Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
  • Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and all customer documentation are up to date.
  • To ensure the pre-set sales targets are achieved.
  • To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
  • Coordinate with the various departments like architect, legal, projects, accounts for various requirements & to ensure smooth day to day sales operations.
  • Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Other responsibilites assigned by your reporting manager.
