Job Description

• To review construction drawings for execution with a fair knowledge on design aspects.
• Equipment inspections and approvals for electrical panels, DG sets, Transformers, switchgear, cables & elevators etc.
• Site Supervision during erection & commissioning of all Electrical Installations, PHE, HVAC & firefighting works.
• Coordinate with Consultants & contractors on works progress at site, RFIA’s and on drawings & Design related issues.
• Validation of BOQ & estimate, Quantities extract from drawings and checking/verifications of contractors bills etc.
• Inspection of works, preparation of quality audit report, taking over of completed works.
• Coordinate/meeting with clients and consultants.
• Knowledge of safety norms/ rules and regulations.
• Motivating subordinates with technical guidance as and when required.
• Good experience in execution of 66KVA sub-station.
• Assist in Bill certification. 
• Other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
