Job Description

• Responsible for Planning & co-ordination of MEP services Monitoring, Quality & Safety for Electrical & Fire detection, Firefighting, HVAC system.
• Project Planning & Conceptualize the detailed project reports; take off documents, Project execution programmed after thorough discussion with management based on Design basis report as per functionality & code requirements of project.
• Monitor/discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review Site meetings.
• MEP Co-ordination & Design &Review an electrical load calculation &Electrical distribution scheme-
• Coordinate with Consultants & contractors  on  works progress at site, RFI’s and on drawings related issues
• Co-ordinate with team for finalization of layout plan of Ventilation &air-conditioning, scheme, Sprinkler &Drainage system, Solar, Water body, STP/WTP/RO, Pump room & HSD tank.
• Issue MEP services GFC drawings package to site for timely Execution of project.
• Contract Management & Co-ordination with Project Team.
• Inspection of Transformer, DG sets, HT panel, LT panel, rising main unit , Bus duct at Manufacturer work place.
• Co-ordinate for site progress review meeting with Service consultant, Architects, Design team with Execution team at site to resolve the Design related issue.
• Validation of BOQ & estimate, Quantities extract from drawings and checking/verifications of contractor’s bills etc.
• All other related work assigned to you by your Senior Authorities.
