Job Description

  • Timely payment collections from the customers as per the booking form and work progress.
  • Handling customer queries, addressing  and timely resolution of escalations.
  • Follow up on outstanding payment.
  • Interact with financial institutions for providing documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions.
  • To Coordinate with site teams for pre-deliver Inspections prior to handover.
  • To Liaison with departments like Sales,  Accounts, Legal , Projects and  PPMS.
  • Facilitate customer for registration and other legal related documentation.
  • Maintain customer files with relevant documents and filed periodically.
  • Track and prepare reports on collections.
  • Other works assigned by the reporting manager.
