Job Description

  • Prepare Quarterly and Annual Progress Reports for all projects.
  • Develop quarterly and annual goal projections in coordination with the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Prepare Annual Cash Flow Statements.
  • Conduct Construction Cost Analysis for all projects.
  • Review contractor variations and non-tender (NT) items before forwarding to the Contracts team.
  • Coordinate with the Contracts and Purchase teams for timely release of Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and delivery of materials to site.
  • Prepare and maintain the Organization Chart of employees.
  • Participate in Design Coordination Meetings and review design issues in consultation with the HOD.
  • Attend Site Review Meetings with the HOD to discuss project progress and site-related issues.
  • Track vendor bills and payments to ensure timely processing.
  • Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained in the SAP workflow process.
  • Monitor and control project budgets across all projects.
  • Maintain a comprehensive project database and analytical reports for quick reference.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all auditing requirements.
  • Coordinate and support Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities.
  • Provide support to site teams for project execution as required.
  • Track all projects using detailed MSP schedules and highlight critical milestones or delays.
  • Monitor and track drawing submissions, deliveries, and records.
  • Drive cost control, value engineering, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare and present LTM (Last Twelve Months) presentations in a professional format.
  • Other roles and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
