- Prospect and qualify leads.
- Up-sell services by speaking to the existing customers.
- Respond to inbound leads and provide excellent customer service
- Cold-calling as well as other forms of lead generation and follow-up
- Allocating leads to respective sales executives and collecting feed back
- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities
- Checking market reviews of company website and competitor’s website.
- Reports and other pre sales activities as allocated by higher ups.
- Other related works assigned to your reporting manager.
