  • Prospect and qualify leads.
  • Up-sell services by speaking to the existing customers.
  • Respond to inbound leads and provide excellent customer service
  • Cold-calling as well as other forms of lead generation and follow-up
  • Allocating leads to respective sales executives and collecting feed back
  • Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities
  • Checking market reviews of company website and competitor’s website.
  • Reports and other pre sales activities as allocated by higher ups.
  • Other related works assigned to your reporting manager.
