Job Description
- Assess client needs effectively and address needs through prompt and timely services.
- Converting leads into sales by convincing prospective clients that our organization is the right one to meet up their requirement and to close.
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
- Developing new leads by sending out details of properties to people in your database.
- Generate leads through marketing activities and other promotional activities.
- Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
- Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and all customer documentation are up to date.
- To ensure the pre-set sales targets are achieved.
- To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
- Coordinate with the various departments like architect, legal, projects, accounts for various requirements & to ensure smooth day to day sales operations.
- Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices.
- Other responsibilites assigned by your reporting manager.
