Asst Manager IT (Digital Transformation)

Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user interviews and workshops to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
• Track and analyse key product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance to stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product releases and updates.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business functions, technical teams, Vendor partners) to ensure successful product delivery.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies related to digital product development.
• Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance your analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
